Artisan Bakery 'Crumb & Crust' Opening on Maple Lane

A new artisan bakery specializing in sourdough breads and French pastries is set to open its doors at 42 Maple Lane on February 14th. Owner and head baker Elise Martin trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. The grand opening will feature free samples, live music, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the mayor. The bakery will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 6 AM to 4 PM.
